10 YEARS. 3,652 DAYS. 87,658 HOURS.

5,259,000 MINUTES. 315,600,000 SECONDS.  2 BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTERS.  COUNTLESS MEMORIES. MANY VACATIONS. HUGS & KISSES. GRIEF & JOY. GRUMPINESS & FUN. A WHOLE LOT OF LOVE. 24 more days, and all of those numbers are official. I am so incredibly thankful for the life that God has favored us with. 10 years. I truly am overjoyed to make it to this milestone. In a society that puts little value on a lasting marriage, we choose to celebrate marriage! We celebrated by recreating some of our wedding photos at Annie Wright School , where we tied the knot 10 years ago. And can I just tell you, it was incredibly fun, brought back so many memories, and gave me some warm fuzzies for my hubby all over again! Miss P is going to be...

A BIG Sister! Baby Walker #2 is scheduled to make his/her appearance at the beginning of June 2016, and we shared the news with our friends and family via our Christmas card this year. How fun! But we didn't have this sweet and cute little face to help us announce back then, so I purchased a long sleeved gray tee from Target, whipped out my Silhouette Cameo that my hubby got me for Christmas last year, and created Miss P her very own t-shirt.  She is excited, and I think she will enjoy having a permanent playmate. Praying for a healthy and happy baby! We are blessed to have an awesome family photograp...

Miss P's First Birthday Party!

This post is a little late...  In January, my sweet baby girl turned one! In my typical party fashion, I went a little overboard into all things peacock. I'm not quite sure how I arrived at the theme, but I think it's because I'm really into the purple+teal combo right now. Even though I tend to go overboard, I'm all about being cost effective. The Dollar Store & the dollar aisle at Target are my best friends when it comes to party planning. And I can't discredit Pinterest for giving me some awesome party ideas! We'll start with the desserts, because let's be real, that's what we all love! I am not a very good cupcake or cake decorator, so I left the cupcakes up to the professionals. I purchased these beauties from the Orting Bakery  for only $1.15 each. Wanna hear the awesome part!?! They threw in the smash cake for FREE! You have to love local establishments! The second sweet treat, I baked and decorated all by myself! I combined three different ...
